Subject: new release missing META.yml file
It looks like the Makefile.pl isn't able to generate the meta file when I do 'make distmeta'

THe META.yml is normally created as part of my release process, which it looks like I messed up I have just uploaded to PAUSE a 0.4001 with the META.yml file in it It should be on CPAN mirrors with a couple of days
