Test::PerlTidy has in my opinion one important use: To make sure that
commited code within a specific project is consistent according to some
rules that can be checked/enforced with Perl::Tidy.
But for this to be useful, one has to be able to determine which
formatting rules should be followed within a project, WITHOUT having to
worry about local .perltidyrc files mucking up anything.
Wether or not this feature is already there I don't know. How to do this
certainly not documented.
Please fix? :)
