There are situations, such as the Verilog world, where the comment
syntax in option files is already standardized on something that is not
'#'. Accordingly, I have implemented a new release of Getopt::ArgvFile
that allows specifying an alternative syntax as either a string or a
regular expression. I have also added a regression test and updated the
POD documentation, the Changes file, and the MANIFEST. Please check out
this release and push it out to CPAN. Thanks.
