To whom it may concern, In the package manager of ActivePerl, it has the wrong address for bioperl-run. The address in the package manager is as follow: http://search.cpan.org/dist/BioPerl-Run-1,006000_001,0,0/ (the dots are replaced with commas, so it doesn't work) As a result, every time I install bioperl-run, I have to do it manually. Fixed now on the BioPerl PPM server; please check to make sure it works. If the ticket isn't closed out in the next week I'll assume it has been fixed.
