Subject: Add a .build/latest symlink
I'd like to easily refer to the latest build directory. A .build/latest symlink would be handy. Taking that one step further, if .build/latest was renamed .build/previous just before a new .build/latest was created then it would be easy to diff -r .build/previous .build/latest

I like this idea. Right now, everything new is sort of on hold while I get testing working and get at least *some* tests written. I introduced an insane regression the other day while working on it and didn't noticed until I realized cpanm couldn't install my dists. Oops! Can't let that happen anymore. Once that's done, this looks like it should be fun and easy. -- rjbs
I just merged russoz's implementation. -- rjbs
