Git can grok # comments in ~/.gitconfig but git-megapull doesn't.

Could presumably be solved by using Config::GitLike::Git instead of the INI parser.

As I just wrote in the other ticket: I am giving up on Megapull, and moving to App::GitGot. Let me know if you want to take over. Otherwise, if you're no longer using it, I wouldn't mind knowing that either. Thanks and sorry. -- rjbs
