Subject: parameter $result_description to _request_failed() is ignored
In POE/Component/Server/XMLRPC.pm, sub _request_failed, the parameter $result_description is never used. This is bad because it seems like code that calls that function (in XMLRPC.pm) often passes interesting data in that parameter. While debugging my XMLRPC::Lite client, it would be nice to see that string.
