Subject: add $ua->env_proxy; to read the proxy configuration from $ENV
Hey, i can't use your create cpansite script with a proxy. Can add $ua->env_proxy; in CPAN::Site::Index::load_file/cpan_mirror to read the proxy configuration from $ENV? Thank you robert
