As far as I can tell, sorting in the "all subs" page is not done via
JavaScript table manipulation.
However, nytprofhtml continues to generate the -incl variant of the all
subs page. It provides no link to this page anywhere I can see, but still
produces it.
1. Remove the -incl variant.
2. Change the link to the all subs page to not say "ordered by exclusive"
so that you don't give the impression it is ONLY sortable by exclusive.
