The current eumm-upgrade fills the WriteMakefile1 subroutine with a
whole series of parameter hacks, regardless of whether or not they are
actually used.
When generating the new file, please check (as best you can) to work out
which WriteMakefile parameters are actually needed, and remove those
that aren't.
