Some authors like CHORNY upload .zip archives to CPAN, on a fresh machine
CPANPLUS will fail to install these distros because Archive::Zip isn't
installed.
I think if CPANPLUS encounters .zip files Archive::Zip should be
automatically added to the list of prerequisites.
And CHORNY: Can you please use .tar.(gz|bz2) like everyone else to avoid
these sorts of issues?
