What benefit would this have in your opinion?
According to t0m one exception class per kind of error eases error
handling but using the same class for all errors doesn't.

After talking to some people on #catalyst simple converting the die's to
Catalyst::Exception objects wouldn't add any benefit.
If you can supply a patch which adds different exception objects to
DBIC::API please reopen this RT and attach it.
