The modules in this distribution aren't under a lib directory, they're under a URI directory. URI.pm, which is in the base directory, is found. URI.pm URI/file.pm URI/etc. The weird thing is that I've got an index file for URI 1.40 around with all of the modules in it and the layout of the distribution hasn't changed so I don't know what's different.
