Subject: implement -R feature
I notice -r is taken. it would be nice if there was a -R feature that implements r from the interactive cpan interface. r - report updates for some/matching/all modules

I'm not sure what you were looking at, but the `cpan -r` command fires off the recompile just like the CPAN.pm shell.
