Subject: "sd help commands"
It would be very nice to get a list of available sd commands, rather than having piece them together from the individual help documents.

Hi Michael, I've just now pushed a new commit that adds a 'help commands'. I hope it's sufficient! I'm aiming to push out a new release by the end of the week, so the change should hit CPAN relatively soon. Thanks for filing this bug report! It really helps to know what shortcomings SD users find.
