Subject: Shapes not being used in the GraphViz output
This decreases the usefulness of the created graph, as relations between tables are downgraded to generic table-to-table links. Something like in the image output is more desirable, and with the output would be much better I think (or could be made to look much better) as the problem there is that all lines overlap when you have more than a few relations, making it very hard to tell where one relations goes to or comes from. OS: Ubuntu 9.10 Perl version: 5.10.0 GraphViz version: 2.20.2-3ubuntu5

Could you elaborate a bit more on that? The text implies that you are referring to some image - where can it be seen?
