Subject: Test::Harness 3.19 will not pass tests when installed on a clean Perl. (5.8.9 or 5.10.1)
Test::Harness 3.19, line 12 is: use TAP::Parser::Source::Perl (); The problem being that this is blocking the creation of Strawberry Perl builds for January 2010, because TAP::Parser::Source::Perl was removed from the Test-Harness distribution after 3.17 and replaced with T::P::SourceHandler::Perl, as far as I can tell. Test::Harness fails its tests, because it cannot be loaded. Please fix ASAP.
