If I install HTML::DOM before, that works well...

This looks like a bug in CPAN.pm, not wspjs. The prerequisites are all being installed in the wrong order. What version of CPAN.pm do you have? If you upgrade, does the problem go away?

cpan -v /usr/bin/perlbin/core/cpan script version 1.9, CPAN.pm version 1.9402 The problem gone away by installing HTML::DOM before manually.

It seems a similar problem has occurred with CPAN before. See <http://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=45749>, which has this advice: This has shown up before and seems related in some way to CPAN::SQLite. Could you please try each of these, in this order (i.e. try again after each one): * reload index * update DBD::SQLite * update CPAN::SQLite * turn off 'use_sqlite' If that doesn’t work for you, could you file a bug report against CPAN?
I’m closing this ticket and opening a new one at <https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html? id=54170>.
