Due packaging Padre::Plugin::HG for pkgsrc I've seen, you didn't specify
any dependency (which explains why all your test reports fail).
At least, you require Padre (in a specific version, some API changed in
0.47) and Capture::Tiny. I recommend you specify them in your
Makefile:PL and re-create the META.yml.
