In Text-Doublemetaphone-0.07, it seems that initial GHI is always
mapped to J. E.g.
DB<2> use Text::DoubleMetaphone qw( double_metaphone );
DB<3> x double_metaphone('ghirardelli')
0 'JRRT'
This is not correct for names of Italian origin, including the
example (ghiradelli) given in the comment on double_metaphone.c
line 531.
