Bug #5364 for Authen-SASL-Cyrus: Authen::SASL::Cyrus server support

Hello, this is not a bug. Mainly I added server-support to ASC, rewrote callbacks, added documentation, fixed some smaller bug (see CHANGES) and added a test program (server/client). Unfortunately I missed the patch from "Ulrich Pfeifer" so his improvements are not available in my one. In Nov 2003 I contacted Mark Adamson to apply this patch, but till today (I tried again in Dec, Jan and Feb) I did not receive an answer. Because we need the server support for another application, we worked internally on ASC and increased the version number. So the patch increases the version to 0.10 . We use ASC with this patch in a productive enviroment (GSSAPI and KERBEROS_V4). Maybe Mark will apply the patch through this way.
