Subject: Add support for sequences to PostgreSQL parser/producer
We'd like to use SQL::Translator for diffing schemas and applying updates, but the lack of sequence support was an issue, so we implemented it.  Figured it may be of use to others as well, plus of course it'd be nicer to have it integrated and supported upstream.
