I have been unable to find anything that I think is equivalent on the current Carnegie-Mellon web site. Possible replacement URLs are:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyclomatic_complexity
http://www.literateprogramming.com/mccabe.pdf
http://hissa.nist.gov/HHRFdata/Artifacts/ITLdoc/235/title.htm

I confess that I got the second and third references from the Wikipedia reference. Whether any of these is an adequate replacement for the lost page I have no idea.

I'm gonna go with the Wikipedia link. Fix committed in revision 3758. Thanks for reporting this.
