Subject: New format "M/D"
Hey Steven, Could you please support the "M/D" format, for example expanding "1/3" to "January 3rd"? I know that "1/3" could easily be interpreted as "March 1st". I seem to recall a switch to provide American or European semantics for exactly this case, but maybe I misinterpreted the "format" option. Thanks! Shawn
