Text::WikiFormat is missing in the PREREQ_PM hash of Makefile.PL.

I don't think it is (Text::WikiFormat, a prereq). This is a plug-in, complying to the CGI::Wiki requirements, see http://search.cpan.org/~kake/CGI-Wiki-0.50/lib/CGI/Wiki/Extending.pod CGI::Wiki::Plugin::Diff could use a different formatter if one was available. The formatter it uses is inherited from CGI::Wiki::Plugin, so perhaps the problem is there, not in this module.

I have checked the prerequisites for CGI::Wiki, which includes CGI::Wiki::Plugin. The prerequisite for Text::WikiFormat is correctly listed there.
