Cpantesters found that both Class::Maker and IO::Extended need to be
installed to have the tests succeed. Since Class::Maker requires
IO::Extended the latter can probably be ignored. But indeed I could
verify that missing Class::Maker leads to failing tests and it is not
declared as prereq.
