As per subject
While the dialog presented by Module::Install asks the user if they want
MooseX::AttributeHelpers installed, the tests finally fail if they
answer no. This makes no sense. If its absence leads to test failures
then it is a prerequisite and no user should be asked about it.
Or am I missing something?
