Subject: Missing perl core module I18N::Langinfo
Hi, I have hit missing I18N::Langinfo when trying to install Gitalist module. As it is a core module, not dual live, it cannot be installed additionally from CPAN. Therefore it would be nice to include this module into the next strawberry release. Tested with strawberry perl 5.10.1 (Oct2009). -- kmx

This one will be hard to fix as there is no nl_langinfo() on Win32 :(

The only implementation I have found is:
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/libgw32c.htm
but it is sooo strange.

Anyway we should probably postpone this issue.
