Undeclared dependency on Test::NoWarnings

As the subject says. Here's an overview over the FAIL reports: http://pause:3000/reports_by_field?SUBMIT_xxx=Submit&distv=Unicode-Stringprep-1.01&field=qr%3A%28Can%27t+locate+\S%2Bpm%29 It show us that there is some other issue(s) with perl 5.11.2. Maybe cpantesters will provide more data once the prerequisite is declared. Thanks && Regards,

I don't like this, though. Bugs introduced by different Unicode handling in perl's core might be hard/nearly impossible to fix. :-( Claus
