Subject: Makefile.PL does not match Build.PL and META.yml
Makefile.PL lists IO::Socket::SSL and LWP::UserAgent as dependencies. But they are not listed in Build.PL and META.yml. This is probably why most CPAN testers report failures. -- Olivier Mengué - http://o.mengue.free.fr/

Also, the following line is invalid in Makefile.PL: PL_FILES => {'sampleCasClient.pl'} Because: - the file sampleCasClient.pl is missing in the distribution - PL_FILES is for script that are called durring the build process to generate locally tailored files before installation.
