wish: improved documentation

Thanks for contributing this CGI::Application. I would like to see the documentation updated with an example of what it does in the Synopsis (not just how to load it), as well as a description of what it does in a "DESCRIPTION" section. If composing English is an issue, I'm sure some of the people on the CGI::Application mailing list could offer some assistance. The same feedback would apply to "CGI::Application::Plugin::DevPopup::Params". Thanks again for this plugin... I look forward to seeing the next revision! Mark

Thanks. I find that helpful. Where you say: "This section contains a list of CGI query parameters passed to your CGI::Application." I would add *and associated values*: "This section contains a list of CGI query parameters and associated values passed to your CGI::Application." Mark
