I get the following: Use of uninitialized value in subroutine entry at C:/Perl64/site/lib/Event/Watcher.pm line 79. Perl 5.10, both 32- and 64-bit.

I assume that this is the same issue that you resolved in #95205.

No it's a different issue from the timers. It seems something is broken in XS code, I don't know how to reliably reproduce or fix.
