This module does not get installed due to missing Makefile.PL file for windows platform in latest version

After extracting files from Data-FormValidator-4.63.tar.gz, it creates below file, Build.PL Changes lib MANIFEST MANIFEST.SKIP META.yml README RELEASE_NOTES t test There is no Makefile.PL. Hence it does not configure before build by nmake.

nmake. Hello Mark, My Appology. I have tried manual approach. Hence I got the above problem. But when I tried by ppm installer, It worked for me. Hence this defect has to be canceled. Thanks/Regards, Ashok, India -- CPAN fan & plan for new modules in future.
