Subject: Missing dependency on Test::Strict
Test-Expectation-0.05. Package Test::Expectation has a dependency on Test::Strict, but this module does not appear in Makefile.PL. This is probably the reason for the high number of test fails on cpantesters.org. Fix is to add Test::Strict to Makefile.PL.
