Subject: Remove the custom colour scheme
The custom colours used by the installer can go weird for people with unusual colour schemes. Matt Trout reports that on his machine, it shows up as white text on white background. Recommend removing the white/pink colour stuff entirely from the installer, and regressing to default colours to it will track OS themes properly.

I'm removing the pink, and adding an alpha channel, in r10918 (see "Refers to") for Jan 2010 Beta 1. Will check and see if this fixes the bug.
