The 1.52 release of Module::Starter broke
Module::Starter::Plugin::Template::TeTe 0.06 by requiring an ignore.txt
file be created as part of the default set of templates. I'm not sure
if this should be fixed in Module::Starter::Simple (by not calling
create_ignores when creating a distro unless there's a template for
ignore.txt) or in MSPT::TeTe (by adding a new default template). I'm
putting it in the latter's queue for now.
