Subject: vista64 locks up calling BroadcastEnv
Occasionally, my perl script will "freeze" when I call BroadcastEnv. I'm running Win32-Env on Vista64 using build 824 [287188] provided by ActiveState. On one occasion, the function returned after I shut down another process. The problem goes away after a reboot
