Subject: Fails when Perl::Critic::Policy::ValuesAndExpressions::ProhibitAccessOfPrivateData is installed
As the subject says. Perl::Critic tests should never lead to a fail because it the code remains the same, no matter what the style of the day dictates and which Critic policies have been installed on the target system. Thanks,

Thanks for this report. Should be fixed in v0.14. I now use the recommended usage for CPAN distributions from the Test::Perl::Critic page.
