Hello! This was a bug in valgrind 3.5.0-2 in Debian, which was fixed on 17th November. It was missing debug symbols for libc6, seemingly. Thanks, Tim Retout

Ah yes, valgrind needs the debugging info for glibc. That would explain the very large suppressions files in your reports. Thanks for confirming this. I'm closing the report now, but don't hesitate to open a new one if the issue reappears. Vincent.
