Subject: Undeclared dependency on YAML.pm

Well, that's not at all embarrassing! New release making its way round CPAN -- I made YAML an explicit dependency in the tests that needed it due to use of Test::Base. Hopefully that means this issue won't have to be reopened again. Cheers, Neil
