Subject: Heading syntax does not match the one on wikicreole.org
The documentation and also the implementation of Text::WikiCreole seems to interpret a single '=' as the highest level heading. Looking at the cheat sheet on http://www.wikicreole.org/ '==' is used to indicate the highest level heading.

http://www.wikicreole.org/wiki/Headings The cheat sheet doesn't show the single '=' but the headings page does along with the recommended markup.
