Subject: Add ILIKE to allowed/recommended values for postgresql in doc
Hi, on Postgresql at least, it can be usefull to set $EmailCompletionSearch to 'ILIKE' to be able to do case insensitive searches. on MySQL ILIKE doesn't exist, but it seems that default is case insensitive on EmailAddress column at least.
