For $ork, I need a priority floor feature in TheSchwartz: a configurable
level of priority below which jobs won't be executed at all. For the
time being I'm patching it locally. Patch attached.

Hi, thanks for the patch, but I did it a different way.
I added floor & set_floor methods to the client so that individual instances can set the floor they are interested in.
