Subject: Undeclared dependency on Test::Exception
I see FAILs reported by cpantesters that are only due to missing Test::Exception. I just verified that this happens when Test::Exception is not installed and goes away when it is installed manually. Could you please add the dependency declaration to your Makefile.PL? Thanks!
