Subject: Undeclared dependency on Test::Exception
Neither Build.PL not Makefile.PL declare Test::Exception as a prerequisite. But two tests do use Test::Exception: basic.t and 60_store.t Thanks,

There was no intention to fix this issue in 0.15. I only just got co-maintainer status and Cees asked that I go carefully. The next release will address this issue and reducing the number of fails generally. Also there seems to be an issue with UNIVERSAL::require in http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/6683404 .
