Subject: Apache foundation has 2 licenses: missing difference between Apache-1.1 and Apache-2.0
Hi all, because of there are 2 listed apache licenses at OSI: - http://opensource.org/licenses/apachepl-1.1.php - http://opensource.org/licenses/apache2.0.php I would prefer if either 'license => apache' would be resolved to "apache 2.0" in META.yml or if apache11 and apache20 would be added to valid licenses and apache will become an alias for apache20. Best regards, Jens

There is a process underway to update the CPAN Meta spec and resolve those kinds of ambiguities. Once there's a new spec -- expected by December -- we'll update Module::Build to match with an appropriate set of aliases. -- David
