Subject: Makefile.PL not on pari with Build.PL
While the Build.PL declares its dependencies just fine the Makefile.PL doesn't. I'd suggest to remove the Makefile.PL, modern systems come with Module::Build and know how to use it. The Makefile.PL seems to be the only cause for the currently four FAIL reports Thanks,
