Subject: Does not work < 5.10.0
Since you are using features.pm which is not available for perls < 5.10 we see only fails for older perrls in the matrix: http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=SQL-Bibliosoph-2.03 The recommended way to declare this sort of dependency and alternatives are described in the cpantesters FAQ: http://wiki.cpantesters.org/wiki/CPANAuthorNotes Please make this sort of declaration so that cpantesters do not gather bogus FAIL reports.
