Subject: Dependency on DBD::CSV not declared

This (should be?) a build-time dependency only, since at least theoretically you can use other DBI drivers than CSV. However, in practice using other drivers seems to lead to errors about uncleared implementors data (although at least for some drivers, correct output is still generated).
