Subject: tests need to specify localhost as host
As you know HTTP::Server::Simple will try to listen on 0.0.0.0 before trying localhost, but you should explicitly specify localhost, there is no reason to put these test servers on the internet HTTP-Server-Simple-0.40_01/t/00smoke.t HTTP-Server-Simple-0.40_01/t/04cgi.t HTTP-Server-Simple-0.40_01/t/01live.t thank you
